Course Aim:
Advanced HRM studies provides graduates with a wide spectrum of contemporary strategic aspects of HR that applies in the functional and cross functional HR value chain. Graduates develop professional competencies and ethical standards required for senior level in all major HR fields.
Opportunities:
Graduates are able to advance in senior HR related career paths, including but not limited to, HR Manager, Group HR Manager, Labour / Employee Relations Manager, Resourcing / Talent Manager, Training / Learning & Development Manager or any managerial and/or consultative HR generalist or specialist role. Registration with SA Board of People Practices as HR Professional is recommended.
