DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT-ECP
Course Aim:
HR generalists contribute to the acquisition, maintenance and development of organisations most valuable assets, its employees. Graduates will ensure the optimal functioning of the HR Value Chain, improving employees’ job skills for overall performance while promoting harmonious employee relations by adhering to and implementing statutory regulations.
Opportunities:
Graduates will be able to follow career paths in HR-related jobs in all sectors of public and private enterprises. Registration with SA Board of People Practices as HR Technician and/or HR Associate is recommended.
