BUSINESS AND INFORMATION ADMINISTRATION
B TECH: OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

Course Aim:
The course provides the business world with highly skilled knowledge workers who manage information efficiently, equipped with a comprehensive range of skills including managerial, technological (multimedia) and communication skills.

Opportunities:
Graduates find employment in a variety of fields in the business world. The work involves the management of information in administrative, financial, public relations, human resources, legal, e-commerce, event management, or education and training environments.


Admission requirements:
A National Diploma in Office Management and Technology (or an equivalent qualification) is required, as well as 60% in the major subjects of the final year of the National Diploma.

Students with any other M+3 qualification will be required to complete two major subjects and two minor subjects of the National Diploma (Business Administration 3, Information Administration 3, Mercantile Law 1 and Financial Accounting 1) for non-diploma purposes before permission will be granted to register for the BTech degree.
