POSTGRAD DIP IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP MNGT
Course Aim:
The aim of this qualification is to extend and deepen the knowledge, understanding of entrepreneurship, exposing business professionals (learners) to a higher level of theoretical cognitive engagement, as well as intellectual independence, for business and non-business learners
Opportunities:
Entrepreneurship forms the core and essence of any economy, the qualification will enable business professionals (learners) to manage and expand existing businesses, corporate businesses (intrapreneurship), and consulting services (exopreneurship) into more efficient enterprises.
Admission requirements:
An appropriate HEQSF aligned Bachelor’s Degree or an appropriate Advance Diploma at NQF level 7, or equivalent qualification of an approved SAQA NQF level 7 or a Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in a business or non-business discipline. The candidate must have passed subjects related to business studies as well as finance. A candidate will be considered for admission to this qualification if he/she is in possession of an appropriate pre-HEQSF BTECH (NQF level 7) or Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in a Business or non-business discipline at NQF level 7. Candidates may also be admitted through a process of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - an instrument that accredits the acquired knowledge, competencies and capabilities of a person, gained through informal and non-formal learning.
